About the Role: Discipline Lead - Occupational Therapy
We're looking for a strategic and experienced OT leader to shape the future of our services. In this newly created position, you'll lead the redesign of our Occupational Therapy service in preparation for the Support at Home program, while championing best practice, professional development, and operational excellence.
This role includes:
- Clinical & Operational Leadership: Elevate practice standards, build capability, and create service efficiency.
- Workforce Development: Drive and facilitate communities of practice, clinical supervision, and reflective practice.
- Service Redesign: Lead innovative reform projects across cohealth's multiple sites.
- Direct Client Care: Maintain a clinical load (0.2 FTE) to stay grounded in frontline impact.
What We're Looking For:AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist with a Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years' clinical experience, ideally in aged care or community settings
- Strong leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams
- Deep understanding of aged care reforms and sector transitions
- Full Victorian Driver's License and ability to travel across cohealth sites
